The current subprocessors that process data on behalf of Chersus: roles, locations, and the 30-day notification process.
This page lists every third party that processes data on behalf of Chersus, what it does for us, and where it processes. All processing takes place in the European Union.

This list is complete as of the date above. The providers behind provided models will be added to this list, with their processing location, at least 30 days before they process any data. They process only for customers who choose a provided model, and they receive the prompt as your configured steps leave it: a redact or tokenize step replaces the personal data that detection finds before the prompt leaves Chersus. Detection is statistical and can miss data. With your own LLM key, the provider you bring is your processor, not our subprocessor.

Notification of new subprocessors
We publish every new subprocessor on this page at least 30 days before it begins processing, and notify account owners by email. You may object on reasonable data-protection grounds within that period by writing to the contact in the imprint. If we cannot resolve your objection, you may terminate the affected services and we will refund prepaid fees for the period after termination.
